  • Our Solution

We provide powerful COSHH free disinfection alternatives to conventional chemicals through our in-flow Hypochlorous Acid (Chloranol) generators and our Ozone technology.  These ‘in-situ’ solutions reduce supply chains, packaging and stock holding. Most importantly, they reduce cost whilst being far more effective.

In-Situ Production

We enable our clients to produce their own disinfectants as and when required and to the volumes they need. This simplifies supply chains, reduces packaging and stock holding as well as their carbon footprint.

Safe Solution

Our HOCl solution is around 80 times more effective than conventional bleach and yet it is non-toxic, requires no COSHH or PPE and is absolutely safe for the environment. It’s food safe and leaves no taint or residue.

No Heat

Our technology does not require the use of hot water, being effective at normal ambient temperatures leading to reduced energy consumption and significant cost savings.

Solution.

Greenteck solutions can be incorporated seamlessly into current hygiene processes. By integrating our hardware with our specialist consultancy, we help facilities to reduce the number of steps in their multi-stage cleaning cycles to maximise efficiency and reduce costs, whilst improving hygiene standards and pathogen control.

  • 1
    Downtime Mitigation

Traditional cleaning requires long downtimes; this needs to be carried out at the end of production shifts and requires the use of harsh chemicals often necessitating a number of rinse stages.

Our HOCl system allows for interim cleaning (even whilst production is carried out) as it is food-safe and taint free. For these reasons it also obviates the need for a final rinse saving further down time.

  • 2
    Cleaner Results

Our system has been proven to be significantly more effective in dealing with a range of pathogens which typically challenge food processing and production sites including listeria, e-coli, campylobacter, salmonella as well as yeasts and moulds.

We have established effective methods and protocols to deal with these challenges and have been able to prove efficacy to the highest standards including accreditation for our HOCl solutions by M&S.

  • 3
    Targeted Hotspots

Inaccessible hotspots, such as drains, provide a safe environment for pathogens to accumulate, posing constant risk of contamination (e.g. listeria).

In-situ and inexpensive production of HOCl allows our clients the freedom to use high volumes of solution at very little cost to deluge large areas with high volumes thereby keeping down the environmental pathogen load.

  • 4
    Energy Saving

Significant volumes of hot water are required to clean and rinse large scale sites, a resource which comes at a carbon and monetary cost.

Our solutions operate at ambient (room) temperatures thereby significantly reducing hot water consumption and the associated costs.

  • 5
    Safer Chemicals

Traditional chemicals used in conventional cleaning, require COSHH, staff training, PPE, safe storage and generally prohibit interim cleaning during production.

Our solutions are safe, sustainable, require no specialist training, no PPE, are not subject to COSHH and can be used safely in a working environment even during food production and processing.

  • 6
    Efficient Practice

The use of our HOCl solutions can be incorporated seamlessly into our clients’ hygiene process leading to a streamlined, effective and efficient operation.

Optimised Science.

Introducing the sciences, harnessed to power our range of modular products and innovations in sustainable cleaning processes.

  • HOCl

Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) is a highly versatile sanitising solution, offering a biocidal efficacy up to 80 times stronger than conventional bleach whilst being absolutely harmless to us and the environment.

  • Discover HOCl →

  • Ozone

Ozone in the form of liquid (aqueous) and gas (gaseous) is a highly effective oxidiser, which breaks down and kills pathogens before safely reverting back to water and oxygen.

  • Bio

Bio refers to our innovation in aerobic digestion, a process which utilizes a specialised inoculant to rapidly breakdown organic waste (food waste) and convert into grey waste water.

Savings.

A transition to HOCl empowers a business to make significant savings in both cost and time. The figures below are independently verified savings conclusive of a switch to HOCl in a food processing environment.

Producing HOCl on-site and in-flow allows your facility to mitigate harsh chemical usage and simplify supply chains, forming a self-sufficient hygiene ecosystem. The non-toxic nature and efficacy of HOCl is a catalyst for efficiency, reducing the number of cleaning steps required, energy consumption and overall cleaning times.

65%
Cost Saving
The typical savings in cleaning costs in adopting this solution have been independently assessed to be in the region of 65%. These savings relate to labour, energy consumption and chemical usage.
2X
More Efficient
The improved cleaning process of using HOCl can reduce cleaning times by around 50% through the elimination of a number of cleaning stages. This has the added benefit of allowing longer deployment and utilisation of a site’s production and processing assets.
